1. Acceptance of Terms
By retaining the services of SmokeSignals AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not utilize our services or applications.
2. Description of Service
SmokeSignals AI provides signal-driven GTM systems, data aggregation, and AI-powered revenue operations services. Our services are designed to optimize pipeline infrastructure and sales velocity.
3. User Obligations
Clients must provide accurate data and maintain the security of any credentials provided for accessing our portal or applications. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
4. Payment & Fees
Fees for services are outlined in your specific Service Agreement. Failure to maintain timely payments may result in the suspension or revocation of services.
5. Data Usage & Compliance
You represent that you have the right to provide any data shared with SmokeSignals AI and that such data collection complies with all applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
6. Limitation of Liability
SmokeSignals AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Service Retention & Intellectual Property
Lease Model: All clients lease and retain the professional services of SmokeSignals AI. Clients do not acquire ownership of the specific products, applications, custom code, or integrations created during the term of service.
Revocation Rights: SmokeSignals AI reserves the absolute right to revoke access to, disable, or remove any applications, integrations, or systems built for the client if the contract is terminated for any reason or if terms are breached.
Reproduction Rights: SmokeSignals AI retains full ownership of all underlying logic, frameworks, and methodologies. We reserve the right to reproduce, modify, and deploy similar applications or integrations for other clients or purposes post-contract termination.
